Iphone iHome (home button replacement)

*EDIT* ihome has been updated to mquickdo. Credit goes to majun3 for this application. Also works on iphone 1g/2g and ipod 1g/2g. It allows you to use a series of finger swipes to function as the home button. This includes putting your ipod to sleep, going back to the home page, exit an application, and the double tap music menu…just to name a few. For more information go to the developers blog (it’s in mandarin Chinese) : majun3.blogspot.com Translated version tinyurl.com Download from Cydia: ihome *EDIT* now called mquickdo Swipes: [From left corner] 1) halfway – brings up ihome menu 2) all the way across – lock/sleep device [From right corner] 1) halfway – brings up ihome menu or music control 2) all the way across – closes open application 3) **if you are on the springboard, any swipe from right corner will bring you to first page** [Hold anywhere] 1) Keeping a finger over the ihome bar for 5 seconds makes it take a screenshot saved into your camera roll (photos). Hey ther. Thers a solution to u folks who are not on a jailbroken iphone. Make a simple passcode in ur settings and click the power button. Click it once more and it brings up the keypad, do not type in your code. On the bottom right corner ther is an “emergency call” option, tap that and it will bring you to a keybad. Simply tap the back arrow and it will bring you back to the keypad. Now type in your code and this will bring you to your home screen no watter wat app ur in or music player :)
